Refund Policy

At goSundayScaries, your satisfaction with our Gourmet Fruit Gummies, Aromatic Oils, Gourmet Pet Treats, and Gift Sets & Samplers is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may return products for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

By placing an order on gosundayscaries.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Due to the consumable nature of many of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

goSundayScaries accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your return

Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization number may not be accepted or processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products of any kind (including Gourmet Fruit Gummies, Aromatic Oils, Gourmet Pet Treats, and any consumable items)
  • Products with broken, damaged, or missing seals
  • Gift cards or digital gift certificates
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
  • Gift Sets & Samplers that have been opened or are missing individual components
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (returns must be handled through the original place of purchase)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect products, goSundayScaries will make it right. We are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@gosundayscaries.com or call +18332019777. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product (including packaging when applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

For damaged or defective products, we may ask you to return the original item or provide additional photos. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product (or approve your claim for damage/defect), we will inspect the item and process your refund according to the following timeline:

  • Approval notification: You will receive an email confirming your refund approval within 3–5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product
  • Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Credit posting: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times (typically 3–7 additional business days)

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card, bank account, or payment service.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Products that are not returned in their original condition (missing parts, damaged by customer, or opened)
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window
  • Orders where free shipping was provided and the returned items bring the order value below the free shipping threshold (actual shipping costs may be deducted)

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to customer preference or change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For returns due to our error (wrong item sent): We cover return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid shipping label
  • For damaged or defective items: We cover return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid shipping label
  • For returns from international orders: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping (which we paid to the carrier) may be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an eligible product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return
  3. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions from our team
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package
  6. Ship the return to the address provided in our return instructions

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns. goSundayScaries is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit without tracking or insurance.

Exchanges

goSundayScaries does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product than what you originally purchased, please:

  • Initiate a return for a refund (subject to return eligibility)
  • Place a new order for the desired product on gosundayscaries.com

The only exception is for damaged or defective products, where we will send a replacement of the same product at no cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed by goSundayScaries but the credit has not appeared in your account:

  1. Check your bank account again (sometimes refunds post at different times than deposits)
  2. Contact your credit card provider — refund processing times vary by institution
  3. Contact your bank — some banks take additional business days to post refunds
