Order Processing

Orders placed on gosundayscaries.com are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, such as holiday seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Free on all orders over $50
  • Flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $50

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

goSundayScaries currently ships to all addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

For international orders, please be aware that:

  • Delivery times vary significantly by destination and customs processing
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or holds
  • Some products may be restricted in certain countries

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your goSundayScaries account and viewing your order history.

Shipping Issues and Delays

goSundayScaries is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, including weather-related delays, sorting errors, or capacity issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered”
  • Customs delays, holds, or seizure for international shipments
  • Failed delivery attempts due to no one being available to receive the package

If you believe your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 7 business days), please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Investigations may take up to 10 business days to complete.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. goSundayScaries uses the address exactly as you provide it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize you provided an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@gosundayscaries.com. We will attempt to update the address before shipment. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a carrier facility will be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping fees and any return shipping charges.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some goSundayScaries products, particularly Gourmet Fruit Gummies, may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we take care to package products appropriately, we cannot guarantee that heat or cold exposure during transit will not affect product quality.

For deliveries during extreme weather seasons, we recommend:

  • Selecting expedited or express shipping to reduce transit time
  • Having someone available to receive the package promptly upon delivery
  • Using a shipping address where packages are not left in direct sunlight or extreme conditions

goSundayScaries is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from temperature exposure during transit, including melted or hardened products.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the outer packaging and the damaged product(s). We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For significant damage claims, we may require that you retain the original packaging and product for inspection by the carrier.
